Some pictures of the hotel room that me and my mum stayed in at the Mayfair when she was here. It's what I would consider the best room in the hotel (not considering the suites lah). But the catch is this: There is only 3 rooms in the hotel with this kind of decor... the rest of the rooms are all in a traditional style.
I talked about this to one of the very senior persons in head office before... they could only tell me that this is a marketing decision... but then, I mean, out of 295 rooms, only 3 are in this decor... so isn't it misrepresentation of the hotel product? Cuz the pictures on the
site are definitely not representative of what we sell though?
But if you are lucky enough or know the right people ;) to get this room, I'm sure you would say that your stay is fantastic, the room is FANTASTIC. I know I am cheating since I was the one who allocated this room, but this was the best hotel room I stayed in EVER!! (J W Marriott in Kuala Lumpur comes in a close 2nd).
