Overall...
Turbulent is an understatement to say the least. Seemed to have hit all the turbulent spots, practically fastening seatbelts sign every 3-4 hours. Even the FSS who have been in her job for 7.5 years said that this is one of her most turbulent SIN-LHR flight. But then other than that, the flight was pretty empty, with about half the economy class empty. So i moved from my emergency exit seat to the row behind, so that i can put the seat rests up, and have the whole row to myself. Bliss. :)

Food...
I took SQ 3 times in the last 13 months, and I don't freaking believe that in the 3 times, I have had the same selection of main courses. Gordon Ramsay's Chicken Breast in Medeira Sauce or Stir Fried Beef. I just knew there was going to be the stir fried beef. Don't ask me how i know, but i know. Yes, I am scary, the things i know. I took the chicken, which was slightly overcooked, hence a little dry with little sauce and burnt mangetout. Ice Cream was Smarties Soft Ice Cream. Breakfast was the same as previous trips, but much better quality than last time... at least there is taste, fuelled with copious amounts of KrisChilli (SQ "brand" of chilli sauce) and pepper. But breakfast service was rushed, due to the turbulence, which prevented the crew from serving breakfast till one hour before landing. Snacks along the trip include 2 Tuna Mayo and Mixed Pepper Buns and 2 packs of Japanese savoury rice crackers and an apple.

Entertainment...
Started with In Good Company, which i was really looking forward to, but disappointing. Then The Incredibles. Critics panned The Incredibles, but then I actually quite like it. Thought it was really good. Not boring. Then played Super Mario Brothers on Krisworld, and I was at World 3-4, and then the stupid KrisWorld hanged!!! Lost my game!!! Not pleased about that. Then I watched The Wedding Date, based on the book "Waiting for Trouble" by Elizabeth Young. I liked the book, but the movie was not as good. Mindless Entertainment. Added some music into my playlist. Hooberstank's The Reason (no thanks to you, Kor) and Maroon 5's This Love, among others. Then watched a French Movie, Les Choristes... Very very very good movie. The best movie of the lot i watched... One of those really *heart-warming* movies, u know?

Service...
Service was good from the beginning. Was addressed by name, once on boarding, and another time while changing seat. Smiles throughout. Was served by LSS (green uniform) Lorraine, and FSS (blue uniform) Bee Suan. Bee Suan is the FSS who has been in SQ for 7.5 years already. And if u know the promotion and ranking systems in SQ well, u can get promoted to an LSS after at least 5 years of service, so she may have been the most senior FSS. Totally useless fact. You know how some people just take look at it as a job and how some ppl really take pride. ALL the crew that I had contact with today belong to the latter group, from the IFS (purple uniform, or grey jacket), to the CSS (red uniform) to the LSS and the FSSs.

Interesting Things on this Flight...
- On my first trip to the toilets, I found a price tag from Boots for Durex Elite 12-pack. GBP7.66, wonder if someone joined the Mile High Club for this flight. ;)
- I've gotten asked to fill in a Passenger Survey form again. Not that I mind you know, I always do it, but I've decided that there must be something about me or my face that always have cabin crew soliciting for comments from me. I really don't mind. :)

Overall Rating
9/10. One of my best flights, if not for the turbulence, but that cannot be controlled.
