This looks pretty much like the IFE (Inflight Entertainment) TV that you see on the planes, yeah? This is actually a mini TV. The question is, where is this TV actually found???
It is actually found in the toilet of a restaurant in Nanjing. Yup, you read me right, a restaurant toilet in Nanjing. Not just in the toilet itself, but in each toilet cubicle. Yes, some chinese have become so rich that they even have the money to install TVs in every toilet cubicle. Considering this is a 5-storey restaurant. With a toilet in every floor, with about 10 cubicles, that would be about 50 mini-TVs... and that's not counting the men's toilets. I would not be surprised if there is a TV in front of each urinal. And there are also 3 glass lifts in this 5-storey restaurant. And in front of the restaurant parked the Big Boss' car. A stretch limo.
This is of course a minority among all the Chinese in China. However, i think it is disbelief, more than anything, about how this guy tried to display his wealth. Hmm, I remember the service inside this restaurant is not even that good. It sucks, in fact. Think about it this way, bad service leads to lousy business leads to low profits, cash flow problems leads to bankrupcy leads to property seizure leads to waste of money in building such an extravagant building in the first place.
Everything comes down to service, see???
